Woolworths' uniforms appear to be excessively styled, particularly with the women's pants being significantly tight-fitting. In contrast, the men's pants are noticeably loose and baggy. I've come across information suggesting that the former CEO implemented these changes to create a more gender-neutral and relaxed aesthetic for employees. However, I believe this approach overlooks the preferences of men who favor a more tailored fit. The stark difference in design choices seems somewhat provocative and raises questions about fairness in the workplace attire, especially for those who want to feel comfortable while maintaining a professional appearance.
