11   Removal of Individuals Following Tribunal Order

(1)  When a guardianship order application is submitted for an individual—

(a)  the Tribunal may, if deemed suitable given the case's circumstances, issue an order to remove the individual from any location, and

(b)  an authorised officer or police force member may, in accordance with the order, access the location, search for the individual, and remove them from the premises.

(2)  An authorised officer or police force member may, to enter, search, and remove an individual as per an active order under this section, employ all reasonable force.
