Tribunal's Review of Appointment
(1) The Tribunal—
(a) can initiate a review on its own accord, and
(b) must conduct a review upon the request of any individual who, in the Tribunal's view, genuinely cares about the appointor's well-being,
to examine the appointment (or alleged appointment) of an enduring guardian.
(2) Prior to the review, the Tribunal is required to serve a notice detailing the date, time, and location of the review to each party involved.
(3) The Tribunal has the authority to issue an order suspending the appointment (or alleged appointment) of the enduring guardian until action is taken under section 6K (1).
(4) Failing to serve notice as specified in this section does not invalidate the Tribunal's decision on the review.
