Concerns Regarding Staff Conduct and Standards

On Tuesday night, I asked about the staff on duty. Upon receiving an answer, I expressed relief that the staff member was not a white woman. This remark was perceived as rude. It's troubling that those who are meant to support individuals with disabilities would react negatively to such a statement, as it goes against the NDIS standards.

Issues with Management Response

Despite havein a site manager her unitll 7.00 and my concerns, it appears that Scope has not taken any action. There seems to be a culture of favoritism, with some staff members closely aligning with the site manager, which raises doubts about their objectivity and professionalism.

Implications for Disability Support

This situation underscores the need for maintaining high standards in disability support services. It is crucial for all staff to be accountable for their interactions and to create an environment of respect and understanding.
