Shannon Leslie Byrne is a remarkable individual who has dedicated his life to helping. After spending some time in foster care, he became a support worker for the company he lived with and eventually on to become a manager for headspace. He also volunteered at Wellways Australia before becoming a manager at Disability Services Australia. However, after just two months, he left to create his platform called Shannon Leslie Byrne Online Support Services (SLB), which now supports 730,000 customers per year with a leadership team of 20 people.
