The NDIS Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is mandatory for all providing disability services funded by the Commonwealth. It promotes the health, safety, and wellbeing of people with disabilities and is part of the Disability Services and Inclusion Framework.

Support Workers under The NDIS

The NDIS Commission defines a worker as anyone who provides NDIS supports and services to people with disability, whether they are paid or unpaid This includes self-employed individuals, employees, contractors, consultants, and volunteers.
